Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
*All ingredients should be at room temperature
1 Large - Free Range Egg
1 + 1/2 tsp Mustard
1 + 1/2 tsp Lemon juice (not from concentrate)
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 Tbsp Water
*Optional - replace (1 tsp of the water) with (1 tsp white vinegar)
1 cup Macadamia Nut Oil (or) Avocado Oil
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a small bowl, or a container for your food processor (immersion blender). This is a must, or it will not blend. Process until they are well combined (10-20 seconds )
Place into a small jar into the fridge!
This will keep for 1 week
