Ketchup
Ingredients:
Dr. Korman’s Ketchup
6 oz can organic tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup “Braggs” apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Big pinch of ground clove
Big pinch of allspice
Big pinch of ground cinnamon
2 tsp {or to taste} of powdered erythritol (Swerve)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix in a blender or food processor
Place in glass container or jar
Refrigerate up to 1 Month | Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups
