Ketchup


Ingredients:

Dr. Korman’s Ketchup

Dr. Korman’s Ketchup

  • 6 oz can organic tomato paste

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup “Braggs” apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Big pinch of ground clove

  • Big pinch of allspice

  • Big pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp {or to taste} of powdered erythritol (Swerve)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix in a blender or food processor

  2. Place in glass container or jar

Refrigerate up to 1 Month | Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups
